Santa Eugenia, in Villa de Vallecas next to the A-3
Santa Eugenia is a residential neighbourhood in the Villa de Vallecas district, in south-east Madrid, with the A-3 on one side and Santa Eugenia Cercanías (commuter rail) station as its landmark. All the taxi has to do is get onto the A-3 and take the eastern ring roads, the M-40 or the M-45 depending on traffic, to head up to the airport without crossing central Madrid. And as the price is fixed, the choice of route does not show in what you pay.

What the Santa Eugenia fare covers
The fixed Santa Eugenia fare is the full price of the journey between your address and the terminal. The meter does not count, so a jam on the A-3 or the M-40 does not make it more expensive.
