These are estates of detached houses with internal roads and entrances that do not always show up clearly on sat-navs. When you book, give the exact street and number and, if the estate has an access control point or a specific gate to enter by, note it in the comments. That way the driver comes straight to you without going round in circles. La Moraleja borders the Madrid district of Hortaleza, where we also operate.

Arroyo de la Vega and the office areas

Arroyo de la Vega is home to many of the corporate headquarters in the north of Madrid, together with the Parque Empresarial La Moraleja business park and the Alcobendas industrial estate. For a business trip, leaving by taxi from the office door saves leaving your car in an airport car park for several days and lets you go from your last meeting to the plane without stopping at home. The centre, Valdelasfuentes and the other neighbourhoods

In the town centre, in Valdelasfuentes or in any residential area, we pick you up at your door. If it is more convenient for you, we can meet at a well-known spot, such as the Alcobendas-San Sebastián de los Reyes Cercanías (commuter rail) station or one of the Metro line 10 stops in the town (La Moraleja, Marqués de la Valdavia or Manuel de Falla).

Alcobendas is one of the towns with the best access to Barajas: the A-1 northern motorway and the M-12, the road that links it with T4, put the airport within easy reach. Even so, the price does not depend on the route or the traffic. You pay the same with hold-ups on the A-1 first thing on a Monday as in the early hours of a Sunday, because there is no meter: the fare is set before you set off.

• Payment: online by card when you book, through the secure Redsys gateway, or to the driver by card or in cash.
• Any terminal: T1, T2, T3 or T4, with no price difference.
• Groups and bulky luggage: for 5 or more passengers, or with large suitcases and pushchairs, ask for a 7-seater taxi; the booking tool shows you the price for your number of travellers.
• Children: child seat on request, stating the child's age when booking.

For departing flights, work out your pickup time so you are at the airport about 2 hours early if you are flying within Europe and 3 hours early for international flights. Because Alcobendas is so close, that margin depends mainly on your flight time, not on the journey.
