El Vellón, by the reservoir and a stone's throw from El Molar
El Vellón is a small municipality in the north of the region, neighbouring El Molar and Pedrezuela, known for the Pedrezuela reservoir, which many people also call the El Vellón reservoir. Its area combines the village centre with estates of detached houses, home to residents who live here all year round and to weekend families.
The way out to the airport is via the A-1: the taxi normally joins the motorway at El Molar and heads down towards Madrid as far as the Barajas access roads. You need not worry about the route or hold-ups, because the price does not change.
